Creation of sake label designs and an original map in the Edo Rinpa style for Aman Kyoto.
オリジナル日本酒ラベル、江戸琳派スタイルのオリジナル地図の制作・アマン京都
京都琳派の祖 本阿弥光悦が住まいを持った鷹峯に位置するアマン京都。その美意識を受け継ぎ、現代に表現する日本料理「鷹庵」で提供されるオリジナル日本酒「あわいぶき」の揮毫。また光悦寺所蔵の江戸時代の鷹峯周辺古地図をオマージュし、現代の地図を制作しました。
Aman Kyoto is situated in Takagamine, the area where Hon'ami Koetsu—the founder of the Kyoto Rinpa Style—once resided. I created the calligraphy for "Awaibuki," an original sake served at Taka-an, a Japanese restaurant that embodies and expresses Koetsu’s aesthetic sensibilities in a contemporary context. Additionally, I produced a original map that pays homage to an Edo-period map of the Takagamine area held in the collection of Koetsu-ji Temple.

高層階に誕生しました「JWマリオット・ホテル東京」28階エレベーターホールにInterculture Art Inc.さんのもと無事に設置されました。

エレベーターを降りた正面にあり、人の流れ、水の流れをイメージして制作しました。なんとこの大きさ7ｍ。新しい街、高輪のシンボル的ホテルで多くの人の文化と交流の場になる事と思います。
The work "Ibuki" has been successfully installed at the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo, located on the upper floors of Takanawa Gateway City, a new neighborhood in Takanawa, Tokyo, the direction of Interculture Art Inc.
It is located directly in front of you as you exit the elevator, and I created with the image of the flow of people and water. It measures an astounding 7 m. We believe this iconic hotel in the new town of Takanawa will become a place of cultural exchange and connection for many people.

京都の老舗旅館 柊家旅館の館内に設置する館内図
また新アメニティーパッケージデザインの筆文字デザイン制作を行いました。チャップリンや川端康成など数々の著名人が愛した旅館。その景色の一部として長く愛される事を願います。
A floor map designed for installation within Hiiragiya, a historic ryokan in Kyoto.
We created the brush-style calligraphy design for the new amenity package. Hiiragiya is an Ryokan beloved by numerous renowned figures, including Charlie Chaplin and Yasunari Kawabata; we hope this design will long be cherished as part of the Ryokan's atmosphere.

京の石庭シリーズヒルトン京都へ制作
2024年9月に完成しましたヒルトン京都に京の石庭をイメージしたオリジナルアートワーク8点を制作しました。
I created eight original artworks for the Hilton Kyoto, which opened in September 2024.
